Who may be able to join
- Women between 18 and 75 years of age.
- People being referred for the first time to the breast clinic or inpatient department of the study centre because a previous procedure, within the last 30 days, found suspicious changes in the breast.
- People whose breast MRI scan before surgery showed a main area of concern rated "BI-RADS 4 or higher," as well as other findings detected during that scan.
- People who are willing to sign the consent form for this study.
- People who are willing to follow the study procedures and take part in all stages of the research.
- Women who could become pregnant must have been using contraception for at least one month before screening, must have a negative pregnancy test (blood or urine), and must agree to continue using contraception throughout the study.
Who may not be able to join
Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.
- People who cannot safely receive an iodine-based contrast dye through a vein — for example, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with a history of allergic reaction to iodine contrast dye, or people with an overactive thyroid gland.
- People whose most recent breast MRI related to this condition was performed more than 14 days ago.
- People whose breast MRI images and reports from within the 14 days before screening are not available or do not meet the standard needed for clinical assessment.
- People who are currently receiving non-surgical treatments for the relevant breast condition, such as chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant chemotherapy), hormone therapy, or radiation therapy.
- People who have already had any breast procedure for this condition, such as a biopsy or breast surgery.
- People the investigators consider unsuitable for the study for other reasons — for example, those who may have difficulty completing the imaging examination due to being unconscious, having a communication difficulty, or having breast size that does not meet the examination requirements (confirm with trial site).

Trial details
This date has passed while the registry still lists the trial as open to participants. Sponsors often update a trial's status without revising its projected end date, so it may well still be recruiting — but the record is out of date in at least one respect. Check with the study contact before relying on either.
