Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have any history of kidney disease or a condition affecting the kidneys called nephrotic syndrome
- People whose cancer has spread to areas outside the liver
- People who have significant heart conditions, such as unstable chest pain, moderate-to-severe heart failure, or irregular heartbeat that has not been well managed with medication
- People whose doctors determine they have any medical reason that makes the TACE procedure unsuitable or unsafe for them
- People with known inherited or pre-existing conditions that affect bleeding or blood clotting, or any current or past signs of a tendency to bleed
- People who have previously received immunotherapy treatments, specifically those targeting PD-1, PD-L1, or CTLA-4
- People who have previously had any of the following liver-directed procedures: HAIC, TACE, TAE, or TARE (all of which are treatments delivered directly to liver tumours through blood vessels)
- People who have previously received any systemic (whole-body) cancer treatment for liver cancer, a related cancer called ICC, or cancer that has spread to the liver from another part of the body
