• People who have already received certain liver-directed treatments (such as TACE, HAIC, or TAE) or radiation therapy or systemic (whole-body) drug treatments
• People whose heart or kidneys are not functioning well enough to tolerate the planned treatments
• People who have a history of another type of cancer
• People with an infection that cannot be controlled
• People with a history of HIV
• People who have had an organ or cell transplant in the past
• People whose blood clotting time is significantly slower than normal, beyond a set threshold (confirm with trial site)
