Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have heart failure (caused either by blocked arteries or by other heart conditions) where the heart's pumping strength is below 40%
- People who have a heart condition called ATTR cardiomyopathy (a disease where abnormal proteins build up in the heart), regardless of how well the heart is pumping
- People whose heart failure treatments have been stable and at the best tolerated doses for at least 3 months, with no changes to medications for at least 1 month

- People who currently have an active bacterial or viral infection, or a flare-up of a long-term infection
- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to soy
