Who might be able to join this trial:
- You were diagnosed with Fibromyalgia at least 1 year ago, based on recognised medical guidelines (ACR criteria)
- You are between 25 and 55 years old
- You are female
- You scored at least 24 on a standard memory and thinking assessment test (confirm with trial site)
- You report a weekly pain level of at least 40 out of 100 on a standard pain scale
- You have been taking a stable dose of certain approved Fibromyalgia medications for at least 6 months — these include medicines such as duloxetine, milnacipran, pregabalin, or gabapentin-type drugs
Who may not be able to join:
- You have been diagnosed with inflammatory joint diseases, cancer, neurological conditions, connective tissue diseases, severe anaemia, or uncontrolled hormonal/gland disorders
- Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 30 or above (a measure of body weight relative to height)
- You are currently pregnant
- You are unable to understand, read, or speak Turkish
- You have significant difficulties with hearing or vision
- You have any metal implants or electronic devices in your body (such as a pacemaker) that would be unsafe during an MRI brain scan
- You have a diagnosis of a serious mental health condition, heart disease, lung disease, epilepsy, or any other condition that could prevent you from safely taking part in the study activities (confirm with trial site)
