Who might be able to join this trial:
- People whose heart has a thickened wall of 13mm or more (measured by ultrasound of the heart at a specific point in the heart's pumping cycle)
- People who have at least two or more "warning signs" linked to a condition called Fabry Disease (FD) — these warning signs can be heart-related, body-related, or based on family history (see examples below), and must be present at the time of screening
- People aged 18 years or older

- People whose heart thickening has a clearly identified cause other than Fabry Disease
- People who have another serious health condition where life expectancy is less than one year
- People who decline to give their consent to participate, or who are unwilling to attend follow-up appointments
