Who might be able to join this trial:
- People attending a sleep clinic appointment to receive results from a sleep study for suspected obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)

- People with a medical history that the trial investigators believe could interfere with the study's goals or affect the reliability of its results
- People with medical, social, or personal circumstances that may make it difficult to follow the trial requirements — for example, high alcohol consumption (more than 80g per day for men or more than 60g per day for women), no stable place of residence, disorientation, or a history of not following medical instructions
- People with any condition — heart-related or otherwise — that limits life expectancy to less than one year
