  • People who are pregnant, or people who are already doing structured therapeutic exercise at the time of diagnosis and are doing 150 minutes or more of moderate-intensity exercise, or 75 minutes or more of vigorous-intensity exercise, per day
  • People for whom therapeutic exercise is not recommended due to psychiatric or cognitive conditions, or due to a serious ongoing health condition that prevents exercise (such as advanced lung disease, a need for supplemental oxygen, significant narrowing of an artery, the spread of cancer to other parts of the body, or similar conditions)
