Who may be able to join
- People aged 14 to 19 years old
- People whose main diagnosis is a mood disorder (such as depression) or an anxiety disorder
- People who are able to understand written and spoken English and can read a novel
- People whose treating doctor considers a type of talking therapy called CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to be appropriate for them
