Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older, of any gender
- People who have been recently diagnosed or re-diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, multiple myeloma, or myelodysplastic syndrome
- People who are staying in hospital for at least 7 days to receive treatment, such as chemotherapy or CAR-T immunotherapy
- People who are experiencing sleep difficulties, scoring 8 or higher on a standard sleep problem questionnaire measuring the past 7 days
- People who can speak and read English, and who have adequate hearing and vision
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have, or are suspected to have, significant difficulties with memory or thinking, as measured by a standard cognitive assessment (a score below 25 on the Folstein Mini-Mental Status Exam)
- People with a serious psychiatric condition (such as schizophrenia or active thoughts of suicide) or certain serious medical conditions (such as a seizure disorder or narcolepsy), as identified through medical records or by a treating doctor or other healthcare provider
- People whose treating medical team expects them to survive less than 6 months
