  • People who are pregnant or breastfeeding, people of childbearing potential who test positive on a pregnancy test at the start of the trial, or people of reproductive age who are unwilling to use effective contraception throughout the trial.
  • People who have other existing medical conditions that the doctor believes could seriously affect their safety or ability to complete the study — examples include severe bleeding tendencies, recent surgery within the past two weeks, high blood pressure that cannot be managed with medication, serious diabetes, active infection, or thyroid disease.
  • People with a known history of neurological or mental health conditions, including epilepsy or dementia.
  • People whose cancer did not show signs of getting worse on their most recent anti-cancer treatment before joining the trial, based on standard imaging criteria.
