Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia (a condition causing widespread pain and fatigue), regardless of whether you are male or female
• You have had fibromyalgia for more than 6 months, including a history of neck or back pain, and your diagnosis followed specific standard guidelines (confirm with trial site)
• You are between 25 and 35 years old
• You are in a stable state of health and are able to understand and follow instructions, as measured by a standard memory and thinking test with a score above 26

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a neurological condition such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, or motor neuron disease
• You have a pacemaker fitted
• You have had a spinal fusion surgery in your neck or lower back
• You have any metal implants in your spine
• You are currently pregnant
• You have epilepsy
• You have a severe psychiatric condition, or a history of alcohol or drug misuse
• You have an unstable medical condition that could affect your safety or the results of the study
• You have uncontrolled high blood pressure or uncontrolled diabetes
• You have significant problems with your vision or hearing
• You have an active inflammatory condition (such as rheumatoid arthritis or similar) (confirm with trial site)
