Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have been working night shifts for at least the past year

- People who have followed a time-restricted eating or intermittent fasting plan at any point in the past year
- People who have followed a special diet — such as paleo, keto, gluten-free, or vegan — in the last 6 months, as these may affect what the trial is measuring
- People who have had a significant surgical procedure within the last year
- People who have been diagnosed with diabetes or cardiovascular (heart) disease
- Note: Night shift workers who experience tiredness or trouble sleeping are not automatically excluded — those symptoms alone are not disqualifying (confirm with trial site)
