Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- People who are living with HIV
- People who are currently taking a specific HIV treatment regimen that includes a medicine called dolutegravir as their first-line treatment
- People who have had a gap in their HIV care (more than 28 days late for an appointment) or had a detectable level of the HIV virus in their blood (50 copies/ml or above) at some point in the past year, based on either existing study records or clinic records

Who may not be able to join:
- People with certain health conditions that their HIV doctor determines require regular in-person clinic visits, such as tuberculosis or epilepsy
- People who are pregnant at the time of joining and need to receive care through the antenatal (pregnancy) clinic system
- People who have consistently attended all their appointments (no gaps of more than 28 days) and have had a well-controlled level of HIV in their blood throughout the past year
- People who are planning to leave Cape Town permanently within the next 24 months
