Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver, where the cancer cannot be fully removed by surgery or is on the borderline of being removable.
- People who have not yet received chemotherapy for their metastatic (spread) disease.

- People who have cirrhosis (serious scarring of the liver).
- People who have had an allergic reaction to any of the medications used in this trial.

Conversion to resectability: The proportion of patients who were initially deemed unresectable but, after undergoing specific intervention (Based on study arm) are reassessed for tumor shrinkage and found to be candidates for surgical resection.
