Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be 19 years of age or older
- You must be scheduled to have a procedure called Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (a surgery performed through the nostrils to treat sinus problems)
- You must have chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps (growths inside the nose) along with moderate-to-severe asthma, confirmed by a breathing test and your medical history
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had or currently have a tumour in their sinuses, nose, or airways
- People who have taken antibiotic tablets or capsules in the month before surgery
- People who have a known problem with their immune system not working properly
- People who have a known autoimmune disease (where the body's immune system attacks itself)
- People who have other specific sinus or nasal conditions besides nasal polyps, such as cystic fibrosis or certain fungal sinus infections (confirm with trial site)
- People who have previously had a lung transplant
- People who have a known allergy or sensitivity to a type of medicine called a monoclonal antibody or biologic
- People who have used certain biologic medicines (such as dupilumab, omalizumab, or mepolizumab) within the 6 months before joining the trial
- People who have any other health condition that the trial doctor feels might prevent them from safely taking part
- People who are already taking part in another clinical study that involves a biologic treatment
- Women who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding

Change in Cytokine levels such as GM-CSF, IFNg, TNFa, VEGF-A, Identification of Key Interleukins and chemokynes (10/CXCL10, MIP-1a/CCL3, RANTES/CCL5), compared with placebo in CRSwNP and asthma patients from baseline to week 24
