Who may be able to join
- People who have been diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) according to the standard psychiatric diagnostic guidelines known as the DSM-5
- People who are between 18 and 75 years old
- People who have regular access to a suitable internet-connected device
- People who live in Pakistan and are able to read, write, and speak Urdu
- People who are not currently taking part in any other structured talking therapy program during the trial period
Who may not be able to join

- People who currently have psychosis, bipolar disorder, antisocial personality disorder, or a problem with alcohol or substance use
- People who are currently having thoughts of suicide with a plan or intention to act on them
- People who have previously received Cognitive Therapy (CT) or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) specifically for Social Anxiety Disorder
