Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be 18 years old or older.
- You must have been diagnosed with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (a condition where breathing repeatedly stops during sleep), confirmed by a sleep study.
- You must be able to understand and complete a questionnaire as part of the study.
Who may not be able to join:
- You cannot join if you are unable to give your consent to take part in the study.
- You cannot join if you have already been diagnosed with sleep apnea and are currently using a CPAP machine (a breathing device used during sleep).
- You cannot join if you have a condition called Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome, where excess weight makes it hard to breathe properly.
- You cannot join if you have certain other health conditions that can make sleep apnea worse, such as heart failure, an active cancer diagnosis, narcolepsy (a condition causing sudden sleep attacks), active alcohol or drug misuse, severe dementia that has not responded to treatment, a psychotic illness, or if you are currently taking medications that affect sleep, such as sleeping pills or stimulants (confirm with trial site).

To compare the overall satisfaction using Visual Analogue Score 100mm among moderate to severe OSA participants receiving conventional CPAP Airsense 10 (0 mm - Not Satisfied at all, 100mm - Very Satisfied); To compare the overall satisfaction using Visual Analogue Score 100mm among moderate to severe OSA participants receiving CPAP Air-Mini. (0 mm - Not Satisfied at all, 100mm - Very Satisfied)
