Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have coronary artery disease (a condition where the blood vessels supplying the heart are narrowed or blocked), with or without other health conditions such as smoking, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, kidney problems, being overweight, anxiety, depression, or working shift patterns
  • People with high blood pressure who are at high risk of heart problems and have signs of damage to organs such as the heart or kidneys

  • People with unstable or severe heart failure, as assessed by the treating doctor
  • People with serious psychiatric (mental health) conditions
  • Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • People who decide they do not wish to participate after being given time to consider it
  • People who are not enrolled in a social security or health insurance scheme
  • People who are under court protection orders
  • People who are under legal guardianship or supervised care arrangements
  • People who are currently taking part in another research study that has a required waiting period before joining a new study
  • People who would not be able to be followed up throughout the full duration of the study
