Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with moderate or severe obstructive sleep apnea (a sleep condition where breathing repeatedly stops and starts during sleep)
• You currently use a CPAP machine (a device that helps you breathe during sleep) with a nasal mask
• Your CPAP data from the last 7 days shows either a high level of air leaking out (above 24 litres per minute at the 95th percentile) or at least 4 occasions where the air seal suddenly dropped

Who may not be able to join:

• You have air leaking out unintentionally from your mask or its attachments
• Your sleep study showed that your breathing pauses are mainly caused by signals from the brain rather than a physical blockage (central apnea)
• You have an unstable heart condition, are bedridden, have a nerve or brain degenerative disease, a severe mental health disorder, or a chronic lung condition called COPD
• You have previously had surgery to treat obstructive sleep apnea
• You have a severe blockage in your nose, measured by a specific questionnaire score of 55 points or higher (confirm with trial site)
