Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 75 who have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) for at least 12 months, based on recognised international diagnostic standards
- People who do not currently have any shoulder pain
Who may not be able to join:
- People with a suspected shoulder problem or condition
- People who have had previous surgery on their shoulder
- People who have had a direct injury or trauma to the shoulder

- People with serious or long-term physical or mental health conditions
- People who have had a fracture (broken bone) in either arm or hand
- People who have limited movement in their joints
