Who might be able to join this trial:

- You must have been diagnosed with a type of heart failure where the heart is not pumping as strongly as it should (called heart failure with reduced ejection fraction, where the heart pumps less than 45% of its blood out with each beat)
- Your heart failure symptoms must have been stable — meaning you have not needed to go to hospital because of worsening symptoms in the last 2 weeks
- A doctor at your heart failure clinic must have decided that you are suitable to take part in a cardiac rehabilitation (exercise and education) programme
Who may not be able to join:
- You have already taken part in a cardiac rehabilitation programme within the last 12 months
- You are unable or unwilling to travel to a rehabilitation centre in your local area or at the hospital
- You are unable to understand the study information or are unable to give your consent to take part in the trial
