Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who live in the city of Astana or the surrounding Akmola region
- People who have been diagnosed with heart failure according to internationally recognised guidelines, classified as Class I–IV (NYHA scale) or Stage A–C (ACC/AHA scale)
- People whose heart failure condition has been medically stable and on an optimised medication plan for at least 4 weeks
- People who are willing to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are under 18 years of age
- People who decline to undergo the diagnostic procedures required by the study
- People whose heart failure has reached the most advanced stage (Stage D according to ACC/AHA classification)
- People who have had heart, blood vessel, or valve procedures, or any major surgery within the 3 months before joining the study
- People who have used antibiotics, chemotherapy medications, or pro- or prebiotics within 1 month before the first study visit
- People who have cancer or autoimmune conditions (such as connective tissue diseases, digestive disorders, or skin conditions)
- People who currently have an acute illness or active infection
- People who have a known intolerance to the nutrients (probiotics) used in the study
- People who have other physical, medical, social, or psychological conditions that, in the investigator's opinion, could affect their ability to participate fully or could affect the reliability of the study results (confirm with trial site)
