Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are between 50 and 75 years old
• People who have been diagnosed with HIV by a healthcare professional, with confirmation provided at the start of the study (via a photo of a recent lab report or medication bottle showing their name)
• People who have mild to moderate depression symptoms, based on a specific depression questionnaire called the PHQ-9 (a score higher than 5 but lower than 19)
• People who are able to give informed consent, as assessed using a cognitive screening tool called the GAIN Cognitive Impairment Scale
• People who have signed and dated a consent form agreeing to take part
• People who have reliable internet access and own a smartphone
• People who have not regularly practised mind-body activities (such as yoga or meditation) on a weekly basis for more than 3 months in the past year
• People who are willing to take part for the full 12-week program and follow-up check-ins over a total of 12 months
• People who have had stable housing for the past 60 days and expect to have stable housing for the next 60 days
• People who speak and understand English

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are identified as being at high risk for suicide based on a screening tool called the CCSR
• People who have taken part in a mental health study within the last 12 months
• People who are currently exercising at least 150 minutes per week
