Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are between 50 and 75 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with HIV by a healthcare professional, with confirmation provided at the start of the study (via a photo of a recent lab report or medication bottle showing their name)

- People who speak and understand English
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are identified as being at high risk for suicide based on a screening tool called the CCSR
- People who have taken part in a mental health study within the last 12 months
- People who are currently exercising at least 150 minutes per week
