Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been clinically diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer)
- People aged between 18 and 75 years
- People whose largest tumor measures 10 cm or more
- People whose liver cancer is classified as intermediate-advanced stage with a large tumor, or advanced stage with a specific type of blood vessel involvement (called PVTT type I–III) (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose liver cancer is classified as diffuse (spread widely and unevenly throughout the liver)
- People who have more than 5 sites where cancer has spread outside the liver
- People who have a specific severe type of blood vessel involvement where the main vein from the intestines is blocked (PVTT type IV) (confirm with trial site)
- People who have serious other medical conditions
- People showing signs that their liver is failing, such as fluid build-up in the abdomen, bleeding in the digestive tract, or confusion caused by liver failure
- People who have untreated or incompletely treated enlarged veins in the food pipe or stomach that are bleeding or at high risk of bleeding
- People who score 2 or higher on the standard activity scale, meaning they have significant limitations in daily activity
- People who are known or suspected to have an allergy to any of the medications used in this trial
- People who have irregular heart rhythms that require medication to control
- People who have a condition that makes it difficult for their blood to clot properly
- People who have had significant bleeding from the digestive tract within the 30 days before entering the trial
