Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are female and between 18 and 45 years old

- People who have previously had weight-loss (bariatric) surgery
- People who have used weight-loss medication in the last 6 months, or who are already following a structured diet and exercise program
- People who have bone, joint, or nerve-related problems that would make it difficult to take part in aerobic exercise activities
