Who may be able to join
- People who have been diagnosed with breast cancer that has been confirmed by tissue testing and fully removed by surgery.
- People who are menopausal, either naturally or as a result of medical treatment.
- People who have no signs of cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.

Who may not be able to join

- People who currently have a diagnosis of any cancer other than breast cancer.
- People whose cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic disease).
- People who are currently receiving chemotherapy.
- People who are currently being treated with tamoxifen.
- People who are considered mentally unable to participate, or who have evidence of active substance or alcohol misuse.
- People who have a condition called endometrial hyperplasia (thickening of the lining of the uterus).
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People who are currently using another vaginal therapy for the same purpose (though the trial site may consider enrolment if such therapy is stopped at least 15 days before the first study visit — confirm with trial site).
- People who have a significant metabolic or hormonal condition that is not adequately controlled by medication.
