Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma, or HCC), confirmed by a scan, tissue sample, or cell sample
• Your liver cancer is at an advanced stage (known as BCLC stage C) and has spread into a major blood vessel near the liver (the portal vein)
• You have already received standard recommended treatments for your liver cancer, and those treatments have stopped working
• You have previously been treated with certain approved cancer medicines, including a type called PD-1 inhibitors and/or a drug called Lenvatinib
• You received a specific type of chemotherapy delivered directly into the liver's artery (called HAIC) either before or after starting PD-1 inhibitor or Lenvatinib treatment
• You have received at least 2 rounds (cycles) of this liver-directed chemotherapy (HAIC)
• You have measurable tumours inside the liver that can be tracked and compared over time
• Your liver is functioning at a level rated as Child-Pugh class A or B, meaning it is working reasonably well (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:

• More than 3 months have passed between your previous treatment stopping working and the start of the combination therapy used in this trial
• You have been diagnosed with another type of cancer in addition to liver cancer
• You do not meet the specific timing requirements for when the combination treatments were given (confirm with trial site)
