Who might be able to join this trial:
- The people joining must be a couple who are married or living together, and have been together for at least 6 months.
- One person in the couple must be a woman who is in the second or third trimester of pregnancy (between 3 and 9 months along) and is living with HIV.
- The woman in the couple must have screened positive for depression, meaning a score above 10 on a standard depression questionnaire called the PHQ-9.

Who may not be able to join:
- Couples where either person feels their personal safety would be at risk by participating.
- Couples where there have been reports of severe intimate partner violence (serious physical, emotional, or sexual harm between partners) in the past three months, as measured by a World Health Organization tool.
