Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 65 years old, and are either male or a female who is not pregnant
- You understand the purpose and steps of the trial and are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part
- You have been diagnosed with chronic rhinosinusitis (long-term sinus inflammation) on both sides, confirmed by a CT scan taken within the last 3 months showing a specific level of severity
- If you are female, you are not currently breastfeeding and do not plan to breastfeed or become pregnant for up to one year after joining the trial
- You have not taken part in another clinical trial in the past 3 months and agree not to join another trial until this one is finished
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a known allergy or sensitivity to the materials used in the device or its breakdown products (confirm with trial site)
- You take long-term oral hormone medications (such as steroids taken by mouth)
- You are currently receiving treatment that suppresses your immune system, or you have a known immune-related or autoimmune condition
- You have diabetes
- You have or have previously had glaucoma or raised pressure in your eyes
- You have cataracts (clouding of the lens in your eye)
- You have an artificial eye
- You currently have an acute (sudden or short-term) bacterial or fungal sinus infection
- Your doctors expect your life expectancy to be less than 12 months
- You have previously taken part in a clinical trial where the main goals were not met, or you are unwilling or unable to fully participate in this trial
