- People who have been referred to the Sleep Clinic at St. Olavs Hospital for an assessment of a sleep or wakefulness problem.
- People who are 18 years of age or older.

- People who work night shifts, or whose living situation makes it difficult to get enough sleep — for example, those caring for a newborn or those without stable housing.

- People who are currently experiencing psychosis.
- People who have epilepsy.
- People who are currently struggling with substance abuse.
