- People who are being treated at Dijon University Hospital and have had a specific heart blood flow measurement (called IMR) taken during a coronary artery examination, as part of investigating chest pain or related symptoms without a clear blocked artery cause (a condition referred to as INOCA)
- People whose coronary artery examination did not find a significant blockage or narrowing in the main heart arteries that would explain their symptoms
- People who have given their oral (spoken) agreement to take part
- Adults aged 18 or over
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are not covered by the French social security system
- People who are under a legal protection order, such as guardianship or curatorship, or who are subject to a court protection measure
- Women who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- Adults who are not able to understand or give their consent to participate
- People who have a condition affecting the macula or retina of the eye, or who have severe short-sightedness in both eyes
- People who have a genetic or unexplained heart muscle disease, such as dilated, hypertrophic, or restrictive cardiomyopathy
