Adolescents:

- Is unable to give their own agreement to participate, or whose caregiver is unable to give consent on their behalf
Caregivers/Family members:
- Has a severe cognitive impairment that would make participating in group activities too difficult
- Has an acute (sudden and serious) psychiatric condition that requires immediate intensive treatment
- Is unable to give informed consent to take part
Both adolescents and caregivers:
- Is planning to move out of the Lower Manya Krobo district within the next 12 months
- Is unable to commit to attending most of the planned group sessions
