Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are receiving antenatal (pregnancy) care at one of the 5 participating clinics
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who are 34 weeks pregnant or less at the time of joining
- People who are HIV-positive, confirmed by medical records
- People who are starting, restarting, or already taking HIV treatment (antiretroviral therapy) during this pregnancy
- People who are showing signs of elevated depression symptoms, based on a score of 10 or higher on a standard pregnancy-related mood questionnaire called the EPDS
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are assessed as having an immediate risk of suicidal thoughts or intent
- People who have other health concerns that require urgent or emergency care
