Who may be able to join
- People who have been diagnosed with Panic Disorder and are being seen at Muğla Training and Research Hospital Psychiatry Outpatient Clinics
- People aged between 18 and 65 who agree to take part in the research
- People whose mood was considered stable at the time of their interview, as assessed by a doctor
- People who speak Turkish
- People who can read and write
- People who have access to a computer and the internet, in case the program needs to be run online during the research
