Who may be able to join
- People who have been diagnosed with a spinal cord injury (SCI), confirmed by a CT or MRI scan, according to recognised international classification standards.
- People who are at least 18 years old.
- People whose spine is stable, whose general health signs (such as heart rate and breathing) are normal, who are living in the community, and who have had their spinal cord injury for more than 6 months.

- People who have serious difficulties with hearing, speaking, or vision.
- People who are currently receiving psychotherapy, physiotherapy, exercise programs, or relaxation-based treatments.
- People who are already doing more than 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical exercise per week.
- People who have a diagnosed mental health disorder or a history of substance misuse.
- People who have significant cognitive (thinking and memory) difficulties, as measured by a score of 18 or below on the Hong Kong Montreal Cognitive Assessment (HK-MoCA).
