Who may be able to join

  • People whose spine is stable, whose general health signs (such as heart rate and breathing) are normal, who are living in the community, and who have had their spinal cord injury for more than 6 months.

  • People who own a smartphone or similar mobile device with internet access, and who are able to use it independently or with the help of a carer.
  • People who are able to communicate in Cantonese and who are able to give their informed consent to participate.
