Who might be able to join this trial:
- People living with HIV who are 18 years of age or older
- People who are currently being followed up at the HIV Clinic
- People who have one or more of the following health conditions alongside HIV: high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol or fats in the blood, fatty liver disease, heart disease, or stroke-related conditions
- People whose HIV doctor considers their additional health condition(s) to be not well-controlled, possibly developing complications, or likely to benefit from screening for complications related to those conditions
