Who might be able to join this trial:
- Sexually active females between the ages of 15 and 39 years old
- People who live in communities that are part of the Rakai Community Cohort Study (RCCS) and who took part in the most recent RCCS survey, regardless of HIV status
- Pregnant women are also included
- People who agreed, during their most recent RCCS survey, to have their blood plasma samples stored and tested
- People who previously agreed to be contacted again for future studies
- People who are willing to be randomly assigned to a group as part of this trial
