Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia (FM) based on the 2016 American College of Rheumatology criteria.
- People with fibromyalgia whose doctor has prescribed a cannabis extract called Avextra 10/10 solution after other first- or second-line treatments have not worked or were not tolerated.
- People aged 18 years or older.

- People who have another medical condition that could make it difficult to assess their fibromyalgia symptoms clearly (confirm with trial site).
- People who have a psychiatric diagnosis as defined by the DSM-5-TR diagnostic guidelines.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
