- People whose condition is too unstable — specifically, those needing high levels of medication to support blood pressure, or those on a breathing machine requiring a very high level of oxygen support.
- People who have a physical condition, injury, or abnormality affecting the face or neck that would prevent a VR headset from being worn properly.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
