- You had a single baby born at 37 weeks of pregnancy or later

- Your baby's vital signs are stable
- Your baby had an APGAR score (a quick health check done at birth) above 7
- Your baby did not have any serious complications after birth
- Your baby was born without any birth defects
- You are willing to voluntarily take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- You are under 18 years old
- Your baby was born prematurely (before 37 weeks) or you had a multiple birth (e.g., twins)
- Your pregnancy had complications that affected your delivery
- You smoke, drink alcohol, or use stimulants
- Your BMI is 30 or above
- You work night shifts
- Your vital signs are not stable
- You received fertility treatments to become pregnant
- You have a chronic illness such as high blood pressure or diabetes
- You are experiencing severe depression, anxiety, or stress
- You have a condition that affects memory or thinking, such as dementia or delirium
- You had serious complications related to childbirth
- Your baby was born weighing 2,500 g (about 5.5 lbs) or less
- Your baby's vital signs are not stable
- Your baby had an APGAR score below 7 at birth
- Your baby had serious complications after birth
- Your baby was born with a congenital (birth) defect
- You do not wish to participate voluntarily
