Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have signed written consent before any trial procedures begin
• People aged 18 to 75 years

• People who have not previously received any anti-cancer treatment
• People who have enough healthy liver tissue remaining after accounting for the tumor
• People whose major organ function results fall within acceptable ranges, including blood counts, liver function, kidney function, and related blood tests (confirm with trial site for specific values)
• People who can breathe steadily without difficulty for more than 10 minutes
• People whose expected survival is longer than 2 years

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose cancer may be suitable for surgical removal
• People with serious uncontrolled health conditions, such as heart disease, lung disease, or failure of other organs, that may make it difficult to tolerate treatment
• People with severe liver dysfunction beyond the limits set by the trial
• People who have been diagnosed with another type of cancer within the 5 years before joining the trial, or at the same time as their liver cancer diagnosis
• People who have had significant bleeding or a clear tendency to bleed within the 3 months before enrolling
• People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial, or who have received an experimental drug or used an experimental medical device within the 4 weeks before the first treatment
• People who have previously received anti-cancer treatments targeting specific molecular targets (confirm with trial site)
• People who have previously had radiotherapy to the upper abdomen
• People with uncontrolled active health conditions
• People who are not expected to survive long enough to complete the trial, or who are unable to give informed consent
