Who may be able to join

Healthy participants:

  • Men and women between 21 and 80 years of age
  • People with a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 30 (a measure of body weight relative to height)

Participants with Alzheimer's disease:

  • People who have test results confirming the presence of Alzheimer's-related proteins in the brain (detected through brain scans, spinal fluid, or blood tests)

Who may not be able to join

  • People with a mental illness
  • People with significant heart or blood vessel disease affecting the brain or body
  • People who have recently taken part in a procedure involving radioactive substances
