Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with insomnia disorder according to standard diagnostic guidelines (DSM-5)

- People with evidence of an intellectual disability
- People who regularly take sleeping tablets known as benzodiazepines or related medicines (confirm with trial site for specific medications)
- People whose medication has changed in the four weeks before the study starts, or who plan to change their medication during the trial
- People who are currently receiving another form of therapy specifically for insomnia
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who would not be able to follow the study procedures as required
- People who do not have sufficient fluency in German or French to complete the study
