Who may be able to join
- People aged between 25 and 35 years who have been diagnosed with mild to moderate depression and have been referred by a psychiatrist, with no other psychiatric conditions, attending Creek General Hospital or Dr. Ziauddin Hospital.
- People who are currently taking mental health medications such as antidepressants or anti-anxiety medications, as well as those who are not taking any such medications.

- People who are currently in prison.
- People who have chronic liver disease, kidney disease, malabsorption syndrome, or any other condition that could affect vitamin D levels in the body.
- People who have physical limitations that would prevent them from participating in the exercise portion of the study.
- People who have been taking dietary supplements in the two months before the intervention begins.
- People who have been exercising regularly (at least two days per week) in the past six months.
- People who are unwilling to cooperate or who decline to continue with the intervention program.
