- Women between 18 and 75 years of age.
- People whose breast cancer has been confirmed through laboratory tissue testing and protein marker testing.

- People who are unable to swallow or take medicines by mouth.
- People who misuse drugs, or who have a psychological or mental health condition that may affect their ability to follow the study requirements.
- People whom the trial investigators consider unsuitable for the study for other reasons (confirm with trial site).
