Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between 50 and 80 years old who have been diagnosed by a doctor with advanced heart failure (a serious condition where the heart cannot pump enough blood, causing significant symptoms even at rest or with minimal activity)
- Caregivers of patients with advanced heart failure, aged between 45 and 80 years old
- People who are mentally alert and willing to give their consent to take part in the study

- People who have already received a heart transplant or a mechanical heart pump (called an LVAD), or who are currently on a waiting list for either of these
- People who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness or a condition affecting memory and thinking, such as Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia
