- Men who have sex with men, aged over 30, who are living with HIV, and who meet French guidelines for anal cancer screening

- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who are in legal custody or under a form of legal guardianship or protection
- People who are not registered with the French social security (healthcare) system
- People who do not wish to take part in the trial
- People who decline to perform an anal self-sampling procedure at the time of joining the trial
