- Your nasal polyps have been scored at a certain level of severity (at least 2 in each nostril) — this will be checked at your first visit
- Your nasal congestion (blocked nose) is rated as moderate or severe at your first visit
- You have either received steroid tablets or injections in the past 2 years, cannot take steroids due to health reasons or side effects, or had surgery to remove nasal polyps more than 6 months ago

- You have taken medicines that suppress the immune system for an inflammatory or autoimmune condition within roughly the past 8 weeks or longer (confirm with trial site)

- You have had surgery that permanently changed the shape of your nasal passages, making it impossible to properly assess your nasal polyps
- Your lung function test shows your breathing is significantly reduced (below 50% of what would be expected for someone your age and size)
