Who might be able to join this trial:

- People with a significant condition affecting the brain or nervous system, such as dementia, ALS, progressed multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, or a similar condition that affects everyday functioning.
- People with an intellectual disability or a significant disability that affects thinking and cognitive abilities.
- People who have a formal "do not resuscitate" decision in place.
